the hotel size was amazing! the room was clean and i loved the hotel in general. (it felt so luxurious!) the kids pool with slides was also a big hit, and i really appreciated the kindness of natalia from guest services.

i found the food to be a bit repetitive. there were not many vegan options available, a shame. the beach was okay, but the sea is impacted by the reflux, difficult to swim without going out on the bridge.

the rooms were spacious. housekeeping topped up water and towels whenever needed, that was great! the entertainment team was amazing and ensured lots of fun, also a lot of activities happened during the day.

the food had a lot of variety, but fussy eaters might struggle to find basics. drinks were very strong, so i had to ask for less alcohol.

I was charmed by how super clean the swimming pools were. I saw the great water slides and the well-organized, clean and cute environment made it easy to relax. the team leader, khalid, impressed me with his attention to detail and support for the lifeguard team. i observed that he ensured guests felt safe and comfortable, and i found the food amazing, offering plenty of choice, freshness, and something for everyone.

I noticed that the adult pool was a bit too cold for most people to use. Hardly anyone was in it . This was a slight disappointment since i expected it to be more inviting.
